8-Week Program

Whether just starting your weight loss journey, or have spent years battling the numbers on the scale, this program is for you. There are many contributing factors to successful weight loss, and we will address as many as we can to help make the journey a little easier.

In this 8-Week Workshop, you will be meeting in a classroom setting in the comfort of your own home via Zoom, with fellow individuals who are also trying to lose weight. Think of it as your support group–helping you along your journey. Each week we will cover various aspects of weight loss including carbs, protein, fat, exercise, eating habits, weight loss plateaus, weight maintenance, and much more. Throughout the program, you will record your food intake and send in those logs to the Health Coach to get weekly feedback while also keeping you accountable to your goals.
